Run by an elected board, the group's mission is to enhance the athletic environment for all students. Our goal is for athletes to have a positive, rewarding, and fulfilling athletic experience as part of their overall education at Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy. The Boosters enrich the academy's athletic program by:
Providing money to purchase equipment, not in the school budget
Running the concession stand for the convenience of our guests
Making athletic gear available through the Osprey store
Conducting events and recognition ceremonies like the Osprey Awards Night
Coordinating community support through business and family sponsors
