I prayed and felt led to go. I hope to get an encounter with God and help others.

I enjoyed last year’s trip to Jamaica so much that I couldn’t miss the opportunity to go again. My goal is to be an example of Christ through my actions and my service, and also to make another great video to share our experience with others. I hope to make even more great memories with this team and the people in Jamaica.

I am so excited to go to Jamaica this year! After seeing the video from last year and hearing the stories, I felt God's calling to go for myself and serve the deaf. I am looking forward to using skills from my four years of sign language to communicate and share Christ's love with the deaf of Jamaica!

I went last year, and it really opened my perspective to how lucky we are to have what we have. I feel like God is calling me back to Jamaica.

After going on a mission trip to Guatemala last year and experiencing the work God did in my life, I decided to serve in Jamaica this year. I have a deep passion for missions and the deaf community. I have taken four years of American Sign Language throughout high school, and I am excited to have the opportunity to implement what I have learned in Jamaica. On this trip, I am looking forward to making connections with the kids and leading VBS, and growing even more in my relationship with Christ. As our team serves and we share God’s unfailing love with the Deaf community, my prayer is that it would not only impact their lives, but also impact our own.

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to go on this mission trip. As a four-year student of sign language, I see this trip as a meaningful way to live out my faith. I hope to make a difference, connect with the deaf community, immerse myself in a new culture, and to grow both personally and spiritually.

I am going to Jamaica this year because God has called us to be servant leaders for him. I grew so much last year when I went to Guatemala. As much as I want to have a lasting impact on the kids lives, I cant wait to see how much God uses me, and allows me to grow spiritually!

I wanted to go to Jamaica to have a relationship with the people and get to know them. I want to have a relationship with the kids and menestor to them and teach them the gospel. I want to share my light with them and show God's love through me.

I’ve wanted to go on a missions trip for a while. I really hope to help bring kids to know the lord better and also reflect on the blessings God has given me.

I went to Jamaica last year and the fellowship with my team as well as being able to see the faith of the kids and God working in that school is something I don´t think I could experience enough.
