SMLCA Exists to Prepare Students for Today, Tomorrow, and Eternity.

Core Values

The Vision of SMLCA goes far beyond being a school. It goes far beyond fielding athletic teams. It goes far beyond concerts, drama productions and days of community service. The vision of SMLCA is to make a profound impact for Christ on each and every student we are blessed to have attend our school. Having a Biblical worldview and being academically advanced go hand in hand. “We are fearfully and wonderfully made”. Understanding our Creators design for us is truly the only way we can be properly advanced academically. The ball field, concert hall, community service and classroom work will be tools to help us shape the next generation in His image.
Mark 12:30-31 tells us to “Love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and to love our neighbor as ourselves” Jesus said that there were no greater commands. He stated that all the rest of the scriptures hang on these few principles.  Our Christian teachers and chapel services will help mold our student’s soul. Our community outreach will impact the heart. The curriculum will help shape the mind and our music, drama and sports will focus their strength. The four parts of man and how they are used to relate to God and those around you matter most. SMLCA believes that all the lessons we teach should come from this perspective.
